As Someone which struggles with ADHD, I can say that Scout's diagnosis is quite accurate. I personally can't stay still without moving my legs or scratch parts of my body. Plus, I left school because I couldn't focus

As in my opinion, a medic would write a diagnosis of sadism for a pyro, and not schizophrenia. after all, Pyro cannot say what he sees, and the medic might think that he is a sadist, because it is clear from him that he likes that someone is burning
